Careers

Farming is a way of life; challenging, emotional, rewarding. No two days are the same. Our people are at the centre of what we do at Plaw Hatch Farm, and we make sure they are well looked after. Biodynamic farming requires many hands, and Plaw Hatch is proud to offer employment and homes to many young farmers and their families. We hope we can pave the way for young people to consider biodynamic farming as a career option, and we strive to provide an environment where people want to live as well as work; not just a farm, but a community. Employees get 20% off in the Farm Shop, and we pay the UK Real Living Wage.
