The half box will weigh approx 15kg and contain the following cuts
Shoulder
Leg
Rack
Loin chops x 6
Chump Steaks
Neck Fillet
Stewing mutton
Bones (if required)

This will be available for collection on the 13th and 14th November (note this is not a Christmas product)
